DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BEVARIA!!

Since their website review section will not allow me to post a review I’ll be posting everywhere else that I possibly can.

I was so excited about this purse! I’ve received so many compliments and even purchased one as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately this product is very cheaply made and the screw came out of the handle only a few months after purchasing. The screw had come out multiple times prior but I was able to locate it and screw it back in. When the screw finally came out in a public place and I was unable to locate it, I contacted Bevaria customer service in hopes that they would do the right thing and replace the bag or even at least send a replacement screw.

After many back and forth emails the company stated that they were running low on both the purse and the parts and that their policy states they were unable to offer me anything but a 50% off coupon for future purchase. Even after I expressed that there was no way I’d spend another dollar on their product that was the most they would do.

I highly suggest you think twice before spending $80+ on the cheaply made purse from this company with poor customer services practices. Such a disappointing experience that I wouldn’t want anyone else to have to go thru.

The bag closure screws fell out after less than a month. It was not possible to put it back in. Emailed the customer service and was told that they don’t accept exchanges or returns after 48 hours and unless the item was received damaged.
1.5 months in the closure broke and the bag is useless at this point since I can not close it. Also one of the metal stud fell off a few weeks after a very light use.
Poor quality, terrible customer service.

The handbag I ordered is cheap. Beware...everything on their web site is on sale. Even though they talk about 7 day return policy, if you scroll down further, there are no returns on sale items. EVERYTHING is on SALE, EVERYDAY. Nothing is returnable. And they do not respond. Beware.

This merchandise is garbage. I literally put the salalah "luxury leather" bag in the trash. The delivery took 31 days and the bag smelled horrible. I guess it was a cheap plastic bag at best. It looked nothing like the picture. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company should be shut down.

Beware do not order from this company! First you will have to wait forever to receive your purchase because it comes from China. Second you will not be able to return it if you don’t like it. They say on their website 24/7 customer service which is a complete lie there is no one to talk to! Then if you email them they don’t get back to you for 24 hours because they are in China and then to top it all off they want to see a picture of the item before they will even consider taking it back. Never in my life had to I have send a picture of my item before I sent it back to a company.Unbelievable!

It took 30 plus days to receive my item; once I received it, the quality of the purse was extremely poor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looks nothing like the what’s advertised. I tried to contact to find out how to return, no reply!! I feel like my money was just stolen from me. Do NOT order this product!!!!! You will be sorry!!!!!

I ordered this bag Jan. 4th. As of Feb. 2 still not delivered. Website says 7-12 days. Their refund policy says "only if damaged" and then within 7 days. From the reviews their return policy sounds unfriendly. I found another bag since I needed one before Feb. If it is somehow delivered they had better refund my money. This company seems very "cheesy" and unscrupulous. Once they have your money they won't honor their products. I will never order anything from them again and if you do be forewarned.

I want to return this bag as the quality is extremely poor as the leather is hard and not pliable. The opening is permanently bent and the shoulder strap is extremely hard and uncomfortable.
