This is a disreputable company, sending out poor quality garments, poorly made garments, and sending out the wrong items that are poor quality and should not be sold to anyone at all.  I have been requesting refund for 3 of the items that I did not receive and have had no response from the company.

I ordered Aug 6, 2020. On Aug 7th, I read the reviews of Fashioncosy. I got really nervous that I was scammed, so I cancelled my 2 orders. I received timely response and yesterday Aug 12 I received full refund on both of my orders. (One purchase was Paypal and the other was my debit card.) I sure did want those clothes- so all I can speak about is that they did have great customer service.

Completely different versions of the dresses was sent to me and made of material that is super thin. I ordered 4 items. I paid $27 to send 3 back. I got last 4th item today. The 4th item came and it is just awful! This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! It’s not even the same dress in the picture. I can’t believe this!!!!

Awful awful!!! Took over a month to receive wrong order wrong sizes and paper thin quality. I have never seen such trash

This is by far the worst clothing company. Items received was totally different from website. Items which have been linen, was the worst quality polyester. Could not return items due to high cost. Beware, and stay away.

I paid for expedited shipping and had to wait over 30 days before my package arrived only to be disappointed again by the quality of material. It doesn’t look anything like they show on their site.

I wish I read reviews before buying. Received completely different clothes than what was pictured on website. Very cheap material, poor quality.
Not even close to what I ordered.
Lesson learned.
Don’t ever buy anything from here.

Worst situation I’ve been in a while. Awful clothing too small in sizes. After chasing around through fashion Cozy and the label on my order that said Top Express and a PayPal order from Pearl zone I finally got to the bottom of it. To send the clothes back would be $125 to China. The longer route,no timeframe is $45. This is a complete and utter scam.I am going to keep fighting through PayPal and anyone else that will listen because money is tight I don’t like to be ripped off, and I don’t like unethical practices. And this company is all about unethical practices.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. WISH I HJAD READ THJE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. The material of the dress was so thin it only weighs 3.9 ounces for a dress XXL that is so tiny. I usually wear a size 14..First they offered 20$% discount on next purchase and I could just give the item to a friend. After nuimerous emails they gave me the address to return at my own expense to CHINA. It would cost $35. to return it. Save your money.

Wish I had read all these reviews first. Was hooked by the cute styles.

Do not order from Fashioncosy.
First of all it took me 3 months to get my order. Secondly, all the clothes are made with really thin, cheap material (thread hanging out). They also did not send me one of the shirts I ordered, but instead sent me some flowery pants that looked awful. Just to sum it up, none of the clothes look like the ones displayed on the website. This company is also out of China, so it makes it very hard to contact customer service support (only by email. )
This company is a total Rip-off!!! Keep your money. Trust me.

Worst bait and switch ever. The product I received is not even close to what was pictured or described. Not worth returning but maybe I can prevent someone else from being scammed. DONT BUY FROM FASHIONCOSY!!

They only have one star because I can’t give them less. I ordered two 100% cotton dresses, I could’ve got better clothing off of the Walmart Halloween costume rack. This is Trash, it’s so paperthin you can see through it. There’s not one thread of cotton in it. AND it took Over a month to get here. AND The sizes are not American sizes. XL = sz 8.
The hoops you have to go through to make a return is not worth it so I am just out $60!!!
How are these people still in business!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 dresses. Took forever, despite both being medium they were totally different sizes, material is all polyester.
Basically just polyester sacks.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

If I could give a zero I would. The dress and top I ordered took two months to get here. And the dress that finally arrived was 100% polyester despite being advertised as a cotton blend. The tracking system was also next to useless. It never included an estimated delivery date, not even after the item arrived in the U.S. Save your money.

I ordered more than 5 weeks ago and still have not received anything nor is there a target delivery date. This is not a good place to order from.

Do NOT use this site unless you want your merchandise MONTHS after you order. Also, if you want product that looks significantly different from what's on display on the site. A gigantic disappointment. And good luck trying to return anything.

If I could give zero stars I would. First, it to over a month before I got my merchandise. Then when I received the items the dresses looked nothing like they do on the website. In addition, the sizes are nowhere near the size description. The customer service is almost not existent. I contacted them through the only way you can which is email. I received one reply and nothing else. I was waiting for a return lable and they went completely silent. I have filed a complaint through PayPal. Hopefully I will be made whole through them. Buyer beware. DO NOT BUY FROM FASHIONCOSY!

Please find below the picture of one of the item just received; which in no way does it look to what was ordered. It is totally a different dress and color and even size dimensions.
It’s hard to believe that it took over 40 days to receive it a partial order and It is incorrect. Poor quality fabric and made in China!
It’s a bad experience for the first time ordering from Fashioncosy.
Please be aware I want a credit for this item #156538. I am still missing items from the order and concerned about the quality, true size of the balance of the order. It indicated it was to be delivered between 7-20 business days. Already 40 days passed and only received 2 items not meeting expectations of quality and product described on the site.
