Online service quick, not the cheapest but still has competitive pricing on most products. Very quick at posting out the order and very quickly received. Reliably good for online orders. Competitive in the world on online bike stores and certainly competitive with the big Dutch and German online stores. I recommend them.

When I took contact with customer…
When I took contact with customer service after problem with online order (missing part), the problem was solved immediately. And employee even delivered the missing part immediately to my home adress. This is what I call customer driven service 👍🙏
