The experience was awesome

I have been a customer since 2014. More reselling than purchasing. They have been great with quotes and is the the only resale luxury website I feel most comfortable using. I find their descriptions about wear, and photos of wear, honest and detailed. It's a hit or miss. I've purchased from them and they forgot to mention small details. I inquired on item and the person I chatted with said that someone will get back to me. No one called me. They also have a great return policy. They are probably top tier in terms of authenticity for second hand items compared to the rest of the market.

Experience was good with fashionphile, the bag looks amazing, although it’s important to note that for Australian customers there will be duty and taxes to pay which can add up and it’s expensive - I paid 20% extra on top of the pricing to finally get the bag.

VIP customers used to be able to return without a charge, not anymore. That unfortunately affected my desire to purchase, and my overall experience.

I loved how the delivery was safe by needing a signature. The item I bought came in it's original box as described. The bag was in the condition it was described in. I would buy again from this company.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of a vintage classic Chanel bag from Fashionphile and their refusal to accept my return. The item was described as having “discoloration,” which is misleading and fails to accurately disclose a distinct gold stain on the exterior of the Chanel bag. This is not minor wear, it is a permanent defect that should have been clearly identified in the listing.

This lack of transparency feels dishonest and falls short of the standards Fashionphile claims to uphold. As a first-time customer, I expected a trustworthy and accurate representation of the item’s condition. Instead, I felt misled and deceived.

Given both the inaccurate description and the company’s unwillingness to take responsibility, I will not be purchasing from Fashionphile again. I hope sharing this experience helps inform potential customers to proceed with caution.

I absolutely love my order. It came in excellent condition with a certified authentic slip. I would definitely order from them again!

I sold my jewelry through Fashionphile, but they have not paid me out yet. Not only did they refuse my claim, but they have already listed and started selling my item without resolving the issue.

The bag is in good condition
The purple leather is gorgeous
The size is just right/ not too big or small

I didn’t think twice when I purchased this bag, because I wanted it for my collection. But after receiving I realized (or forgot) that this bag is so big, it could fit a saddle and boots in it! Thanks again fashiophile, another genuine collectors item item that is in fabulous condition Thank you
