I ordered 3 items and thought I was dealing with a UK site and supplier because of the pound prices. First two items were delivered within 3 weeks and gave me a fright, didn't expect this bad quality, sorry!! The 3rd item never arrived because they didn't have it. So they are selling stuff which they can't deliver. They sent me something similar after 3 months of HEAVY email correspondence on my part. Also the material is not linen as it says on the site, it's a cotton mesh and of very poor quality. So is the fabrication. All in all a one time experience. A similar site is operating under the name Modetalente, which looks like a German site, but beware it looks awfully like Fashion Sophia. The items all look great on the site. Must be some heavy Photoshopping there, so don't be fooled like me!! And let's be honest people, it's awfully silly to expect nice stuff for these ridiculously low prices. So we are asking for it really:) If the offer is too nice to be true, it always is eh:):)

Deserves no stars. Just do not use this company. Clothes look great online but in reality they are only fit for the bin.

I would give no star at all to this fraudulent company. I wish I had read reviews and would not have ordered. My order was £37.65 for complete rubbish. I only received one item the other 2 never arrived. Paypal were absolutely useless and did not help with my claim. Do not order from this company and give serious thought about using PayPal. Not good on getting any dispute settled with dodgy companies

Fraudulent and reporting to trading standards. Quality was a joke, received item 1 and returned and cancelled items 2 and 3. Have only received refund for 1 item although I email them weekly chasing my remaining refund. DO NOT USE THESE FRADUALANT THIEFS

BEWARE of this company as they are bandits.
They're 100% not to be trusted, will take your money, take months to send your item and their products are desperately inadequate versions of what you've ordered on line. Please DO NOT order with them or be happy to waste your money.

Complained to PayPal sent top 2 back for another £13.59 tracked but PayPal has closed the dispute I’ve been scammed including the postage £65 avoid at all costs as due to the 1st top being refunded it looks as if I have had a partial refund
Avoid these scam artists !! I’m also disappointed with PayPal and will be trying escalate the complaint but I’m not holding any hope, did I mention these are scammers and I’ve been had conned duped

I ordered some gloves for my wife and three months later they’ve still not arrived. Demanded a refund and they said they’d shipped the item and would have to wait to send them back, even though I have an email from them saying sorry we have not shipped your item. Must be a scam company.

Object to even one star. Company is fraudulent, items appalling. I don't understand why they are able to advertise on Facebook. ?? Absolute scum, completely ignore all correspondence. I imagine they trade under several names. Trading standards need to investigate.

Well I wish I had checked here before ordering. Seems everyone has had the same issue. I ordered a lovely knitted cardigan and a nice autumn coat but both turned out to be nasty thin polyester material with a printed pattern. The sizes are totally off which I expected and ordered much larger but still too small even if they had been of nice quality. So I looked up the returns process. I was offered 10% refund and then 20% refund to alter the items. Not enough altering in the world to make that material nice. They tried to put me off with costly customs charges but my order was not valuable enough to to pay customs. I did have to pay £19 to ship it to China where they say it wasn’t received but they did refund me thankfully. Still £19 list but better that £60. Truly awful!!

There really needs to be a no star option for a trader such as this. Ordered a cardigan in September after seeing an advert on Facebook. Never arrived. Luckily I had paid using PayPal and just went straight to them. Initially it went into PayPal's arbitration service and I got a reply from the company giving standardised excuses and saying they would ship the item in 8-10 days. However I then did a search and saw the reviews so realised that it's all a scam and upped the complaint with PayPal who got a full refund in 24 hours. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I suspect the same people trade under different names as I have seen the same products pop up from time to time,but the seller name is different. On the plus side service from PayPal was excellent.

Absolutely shocking. The item received bears no resemblance to the item ordered. A very poor imitation of very bad quality. Customer service is disgusting, refusing a refund unless the item is returned to China at the buyers expense.

Its a con!! Received an item that barely resembles the jumper advertised. Cheap print of a pattern on flimsy material and not a chunky knit at all. Returns a joke.
Please dont waste your money as I did

Products are not described accurately. They will not allow customers to return goods. They don't answer emails about returns and don't send you the returns labels and an address to return the items to. They are a scam.

Bad company they shouldn't be allowed to trade. They will take your order and your money. You won't get your order, only a load of fob off e-mails. SCAMMERS do not order from this company

I would honestly not give these people any stars. They advertised on FB and I ordered and paid for a cardigan. That was in September. Every Email I send is fobbed off with the same standard reply and I cannot reach customer services. I requested a refund only to recieve yet another standard reply.
These people are scammers. Do not order
anything from them and avoid at all costs.

Well I have an update as my item finally arrived 3 months after paying for it. As all the other reviews say it is not a lovely chunky knit cardigan. It’s a flimsy polyester thing that has a pattern printed on that’s supposed to look like it’s knitted. I have 15 days to return it to China but I have 48 hours to contact their customer service and have that authorised!!! There’s no hope of that happening based on my previous experiences with Fashion Sophia.
Lesson learnt. I hope nobody else orders from these people as it’s all just a con

Do not buy anything from this company or its subsidiaries. After placing my order I waited at least a month before the first item arrived, utter rubbish, poor quality and definitely not worth the money I had paid for it. The rest of my order has been arriving in drips and drabs and the latest offering takes the biscuit. It was advertised as a knitted jumper, what I got was a printed T Shirt. I have repeatedly complained and keep being told to return to China at my expense, even though all the items received so far have been sent from an address in the UK. I have told them I will do so when the last item arrives and I want a full refund and the postage paid, like that's going to happen. All I'll get is an email with a label attached to print off and an offer of 25% refund on my order. Seriously!!! This is one of the biggest scams I've been unlucky to be part of.

I'm only giving 1 Star rating as no stars wasn't an option. The cardigan is utter rubbish, nothing like the image of the item I ordered. Customer service was shocking. This company is the pits...... DO NOT give them any money, you'll regret it!

I am truly disappointed with the way this company have chosen to do business.
I click on an advert of theirs for a beautiful knitted cardigan, pay my money and wait. Nearly 2 months later I receive (FROM AN ADDRESS IN THE UK) a rag which looks like a faded vague resemblance of a pattern has been printed on to really cheap, light weight material. THEN when I complain about the false advertising and the quality, they say I can return it to CHINA for a refund at my expense. They add - because it is financially expensive and time consuming, they'll offer me just over £4.i paid - with delivery - £29.01.

NOT HAPPY.
