Awful company!! Ordered an outfit for my Christmas party it never arrived leaving me with nothing to wear. Still waiting for a refund 5 weeks later! Appalling will never ever order from this company again. EGO! Awful quality by the way x

It’s a fraude. Never received the product

I ordered a pair of trousers from Fashmode but they never delivered. I was extra cautious at the time of purchase and went for Cash on Delivery. I am glad I did as I can neither locate my own account on their site anymore nor can I find it using the order id. Please be cautious. The order id was FM26049 and it has been over 3 weeks now.

What they show in the ad and the product delivered are totally different. they don't update you once the purchase is done. I ordered for 4 shirts and they delivered stinking and filthy jeans from a gutter. Shame on them

Dont believe these website this is fraud website. Money loss. Product is different and also very cheap quality.

Total scam ... I ordered technical trousers and got two worn out old used trashy jeans ... No response on emails and no phone numbers available

They are really fraud people, they sent some used clothes with Amazon packet,they don't have return option not any customer care number.

It’s a scam delivered wrong used product already, no contact no and no one replies on mail.

I got a fake dresses from fashmode they claim to be a fashion shop. 4 cotton shirt for 1198. They send the product in Amazon cover which will fool us in one go. They use Amazon shipments for cheating people.

Shipment says it’s from Prakash, and return address A083, Peeragarhi Village, Delhi,DL, 110087.

Ordered as its showed in facebook , and payed the amont got to know that this is fake , waited for the products they send the package with COD and asking gain for the Money .Rejected the same as i was heard this is fraud

Total Fraud , ordered track pants received used dirty torned jeans .

There is no option to rate them zero.
My recent order from fashmode was 2 stinky used pants for the lenin shirts i ordered. Fashmode is fake and they use Amazon for shipping. Please be aware of this fraudster.

Total Scam. They sent useless used product. Thank god I dint pay and had the COD option.

The Courrier person was nice to take the parcel back.

They have no return policy anywhere, nor do they have a customer care number.

Scam company, please avoid

I was very diappointed. I received one of the items I ordered after 3 months. The quality is very bad. Small in size and not as shown on pictures.

Placed an order 8 jan 2021, money withdrawn instantly, NO DATA for tracking number, and customer service say it is out of there hands, but the item has been sent 7 weeks ago....But no one can tell me were it is, and I cannot cancel by order, only return it. But have can I return something not recieved??
