Did not receive my expensive electric toothbrush - they sent a Google map of my street as proof of delivery?! No photo of the parcel delivered as other couriers do. I work from home & am in all day. In communication with the company I bought it from - really hope I get a refund. Wouldn’t risk another delivery.

Tracking number says that item was attempted to be delivered to me, which is not the case as I was at home the entire time. The company is also unreachable to resolve any disputes, please avoid using them at all costs

Useless. Waited in all day today only to check tracking and see 'Delivered' at 20:50. The 'proof'is a photo of someone else's letterbox and by the looks of the map it isn't even my road. The bare minimum a delivery company can do is put a letter through the right door but I guess even that's too difficult for this joke of a company. Don't bother trying to contact them either, you can't.

Parcel has sat in the delivery depot since 19.12.22. Assigned a driver repeatedly then back to the depot. Finally had confirmation of delivery coming out and stayed in 24.12.22 and still no delivery made. Parcel is now back in the depot in 27.12.22. this is a parcel containing refrigerated goods so will be spoiled by now. Do not use or trust!

Parcel not received within the 2-4 working days advised by the company I bought a product from. The tracking shows FDL had the parcel next working day and each day it's assigned a route, then 'received at delivery depot' in the next one or two minutes. No phone number to ring, they haven't responded to an email, no indication of where the depot is to collect in person. Even with strikes, Royal Mail have performed better.

I have had several ‘ failures to deliver ‘ and I ordered well over a week ago. I have been at home every time and no one has arrived and knocked once. I am told today the driver is out to deliver but i don’t believe this seen as it’s nearly 4pm and still nothing. Absolute disgrace considering I’ve paid extremely good money yet have had to wait this amount of time and experience this many failures to deliver.

My order has sat in there warehouse for over a week and it is still sat there today 22/12/2022
We are away for Christmas and leave tomorrow, so the special gift that I paid good money for will not be received by the recipient.
All round crap company so why has a reputable company used them?

A consignment has been sitting at the local depot for nearly a week now. One claimed attempt was clearly false as it was late at night and I was in. Contacted supplier who have taken their phone off because of "an unexpected number of order enquiries"
A quick bit of research will reveal how they treat their drivers who are all self employed and pay for the van.

Claim to have delivered but I was in at that time and nobody knocked my door or left anything outside, trying to get hold of them is a nightmare and still no reply from social network site

I saw Driver on doorstep & he had left parcel between dustbins. When I asked why he didnt knock, first he ignored my question & then he said there was no answer. When I pointed out that I had a dog that barked when someone was at the door, he started to back track.
I contacted the company on Facebook Messenger & it took over a week to get a reply. I was given an email address so I sent them an email on the 23rd November & what a surprise, I have had no reply!!!
Avoid this company at all costs. Clearly they have never heard of customer service!

I didn't receive my item but they recorded like delivered! It is my tracking id FDL221107V5WKDB9. Tell me when and where you delivered!

I was at home all day. They marked my parcel as " could not deliver it" . They did not even come to my house to try and deliver it. Hopefully it will get delivered tomorrow.

i am still waiting on a parcel they did not deliver cant find out how to get my parcel so now have to contact ytc to find out what they can do

please do not trust this company!!! They try and charge you for whatever damages possible and take the prices completely out of proportion after you have finished hiring their vans that cost £204 a week. You get payed £140 a day so you have to work 3 days (27 hours) to earn around £130. Managers don't put you on shift even when you ask to be put on 5 days in a week! really not worth working for them, you will be miserable

Despite me requesting them to deliver a package tomorrow and to leave it in my porch. They delivered it today and left it outside

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT MAKE ANY MONEY, I REPEAT, YOU WILL NOT MAKE ANY MONEY. I worked for this company as a DSP out of DNG2 Derby, for one week, I rented a van for £204 per week, with a £2000 insurance excess, that was presented to me in filthy disgusting state, I have a video to prove how bad the van was and how much damage was already on the van, and a video of when I returned the van 6 days later, After quitting ( i have admitted to breaking a back light, which is £150 from Peugeot or £60 from Ebay) I have been presented with a bill for over £2000 worth of damage, they owe me around £650, plus i put over £150 worth of diesel in the van, and they want £1350 from me for the pleasure of working for them for less than one week, so please ask yourself, do you want to work for nothing, The top dog of Fast Despatch Logistics LTD, Co reg Number 11142249 Gurvinder Singh Birk , also owns a car body repair shop called, Elite Vehicle Centre LTD, Co Reg Number 11572096, could there be a scam happening here ? anyways I have asked to see the alleged damage with my own body shop expert, I really don't hold out much hope of seeing the van, in which case a county court claim will ensue. Please folks take note, there are better Amazon DSP's out there. You are asking for trouble signing up with this company.

Delivered an item from Yorkshire Trading for me within 2 days-driver friendly and respected social distancing.

They dont have any contact number to ring on. We have received incorrect parcel but cannot do anything but inform sender and get this sorted. The address of the recipient was clearly mentioned on the package (in English) and still this goof-up.
