They got the job done that would've…

They got the job done that would've been a huge hassle for me to do and a waste my time doing things I'm good at. I've seen several reviews on BBB and other sites claiming they are a scam. It is not true, I paid for a service in advance and they did the job.

You have to stay on top of this…

You have to stay on top of this company. They don't communicate when there's an issue. They just ignore it. I signed up with them in June and it only completed now in December. They also don't communicate across departments. I had to send the same paperwork to 2 or 3 different people. I wouldn't use them again.

Great service

Filling out the form was fast. When there was a delay in getting the paperwork- which I am sure was on our side. They quickly responded by email to look into the matter. They were also so kind to send me a pdf of the paperwork so I was able to get the form to other companies I needed to send it to while the paper copy was being mailed. Very thankful for the service.
