$88 for a form and a stamp. Beware.
Easy to fill out the form but its worth maybe $25. at best. It was not clear that the $88 I paid would do nothing but give me the opportunity to print the form that I filled out with what amounts to a postage stamp. I didn't need that help, I thought I was paying for a new passport. I informed them that I had made a mistake and wanted to do the online process and asked for a refund and they stopped replying to the email correspondence chain which is really sketchy.

Renew your passport online, don't use this method
I thought that I was filling out the form for an online renewal of my passport, not some PDF for $70!!!! I must have missed that this wasn't for an online renewal, despite that's what I searched for.
I do not recommend this and the waste of money.

2 Credit card companies froze my card when trying to pay
I wanted to renew my passport so googled a site. This one popped up and I was in a hurry so didn't notice that it was not a government site. I put in all of my data (including SS#). When I was asked to pay, I tried 2 credit cards and both were immediately frozen for fraud by the credit card companies. Now I have to cancel those cards, because you have my numbers. This was not a good experience, to say the least!

The fact that I was charged $88 for filling out a form that I could fill out nyself is ridiculous. I thought I was filling out my passport application and was swindled by the cost. This just basically doubled the price of my passport. I am so upset with this entire process and it is such an unnecessary website.

I loved how it was easy to fill out and looked so neat when completed and printed. I was a little unclear if it automatically went in so I also printed and submitted that way. I paid $62-67 for something and thought it was for passport processing, but then I got my old passport sent back to me with a notation that I hadn’t paid. Not sure if that other was a scam or not, so in the end I had to resubmit my passport with a check
