Its a Scam will tie you 6 months contract, They will threaten your business
I decided to claim a domain through this website as it had shown for 1pound for 3 months. As a start up business as you should and decided to try out the Microsoft package as one month free trial. Now in the mean time i decided to shop around and secured my domain through their competitors and forgot to cancel the ongoing subscription with them. So i was charged 19.19 the at the end of the free trial period. I reached out to the customer support kindly requeted that i Would to cancel and requested that not be charged for next pay cycle. The person on the other side of the call ( I am assuming he was the owner because when i requested speak to responsible person in charge he claimed to be one) was very patronising and said that my business was bound for 6 months contract. and i have to keep on paying for next 6 month. I am a start -up and would obviously will want to work with legit and reliable partners. So I said i will not be paying or you can say i was not in the position to pay this unexpected cost. I was mislead into the contract. They threatened me that they will pass my information to debt management companies. I am a single mother, very new to opening a business my request was discarded and made fun of my accent on the call with the support team.
