Why you do not answer any email? I want to close my account.

Edit September: Still not received any email response.

Edit.: I understand that you get a lot of emails and that people are disrespectful, and I'm sorry about that. However, my first email is from the 1st of June and I am still waiting for an answer.
I want to close my account, not because of this, but because it's my choice. I have my money available in the account for a long time, I can't transfer the hole amount and I don't intend to invest any more, so please proceed with the closing of the account.

No other word to put it, its a scam, you will make a deposit and your money is going to get blocked, I invest a good amount and I can only withdraw 70 euros each month, its my hard earn money its not yours to decide when/why, I just want it back, its my property, I dont even want to get the profit just my money back, this company is a joke, dont fall for their excuses of covid other platforms are not doing this...

I had very decent experience few years ago, investing some small amount experimentally, then after a break tried again, this time I was going to do second check and if it all goes ok invest some proper money.

Even though it all seemed all good initially when investments were still in progress, when I decided to payout it's far from OK.

I contacted their customer support via email several times and more emails I write, more delayed answers are.

The worst of all is that I recommended them to some friends few years ago and they invested even more then myself.

I'm very disappointed

I keep on waiting for my payments since December 2020 and again and again the same excuses , it is sickening! The worst experience I have ever had. I already started a legal claim, this is just outrageous.
All pending payments as follows:
11.12.2020 388.17€ UNPAID
03.02.2021 59,75€ UNPAID
01.03.2021 59,99€ UNPAID
04.05.2021 60,26€ UNPAID
06.07.2021 60,66€ UNPAID.

and still more than 500€ more to collect, they won't let me ask for more withdrawals

As you can see they are not paying even withdrawals from last december 2020. They let withdraw only ridiculous amounts 50 or 59€ each month, not more.
if you skip one month, do you think that then they let you take 100€?? ha,ha, hell no, it's still 50€ the follwing time. IT IS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

And fast invest, c'mom and ask for proof that I'm a customer as you always do when a negative review shows up. i have all documents ready, you bunch of scammers!!

Update (August 31st 2021):
Still haven't received the payouts that Fast Invest scheduled for end of May 2021.
The payouts that I can request at the moment is around 6% per month of the free money in my account.
This means that with the current ratio it will take me 16 months to get my free money out - If Fast Invest did the payouts on time - Currently I'm looking at 19 months - at least, to get my free money out...
On any other P2P platform, that I used, I could get my money out within a few days - Also during the pandemic...

I'm still puzzled why my previous review was removed…
I’m still struggling to get my money back and I would like to warn everyone not to use Fast Invest as there are good solid and reliable providers out there.
From June 2020 I have been trying to get my free capital back from Fast Invest. With very limited success – I have got some money out with 4 - 6 months delay but I still have quite a bit of free capital that I would like to get back.
At the moment I can only request a bit less than EUR 100 a month but the request from May 19th hasn’t been fulfilled yet (July 27th).
In short: Stay away!

Storten gaat snel, echter om geld op te nemen zijn er allerlei restricties ingebouwd.
* Eenzijdig aanpassen van voorwaarden, alleen voordelig voor FI
* Limiet op het op te nemen bedrag per maand, zo duurt het 2 jaar!
* hoge kosten per keer
* Maximum aantal keren.

Het is mij nu - helaas - overduidelijk. Niet in investeren, je krijgt het NIET meer terug!

When applying for a payout, you can request a limited number of unit payments and a limited amount of funds. Limits are set on the first week of each calendar month. One payout per month is free. For more information, you can go to the user agreement and read clause 5.12. downwards.

FAST INVEST team is unfortunate and regrets if a customer disagrees with updated conditions on the agreement. Nevertheless, we can't undo our decision and back to basics. We are striving for greatness and looking forward to a sustainable and robust business.

Dus NIET in investeren!

Since Covid-19 hit the world, FastInvest is struggeling to make withdrawals happening. In 2020 I waited >6 Months on my first withdrawal. Granted I got some of my un-invested money back, however >35% of my un-invested money is still in their system. My latest withdrawal request dates back to Dec 2020. In 2021 they started limiting the amount you can withdraw, only 10% per month are possible. I patiently made my request month after month since then, nothing happend. So not only can I request 10% of my uninvested money every month, I'm still waiting on my frist withdrawal from Dec 2020. I don't know what's going on here, but they seem to struggle very hard. Please do NOT! invest any money here, you might not get it back.

In one word- SCAM!!!

My experience with FI:
Requested withdraw in December 2020, got it in my bank account on 30.06.2021!!!
Requested account closer on 17.05.2021 with the reply from customer support " keep in mind that the process can take up to 30 business days".
My account is still not closed (22.07.2021), my money are still in their account and support stopped replaying to my emails...

And they keep on not closing my account and to hold my money, today is 13.08.2021.

Fast Invest is making apologies for more than 7 months and is writing that pay outs will be executed in chronological order. To my understanding nobody received any funds. I believe that all investments should be considered as lost. For me it is more than 7,000. Fast Invest is worse than scammers like Grupeer, Kuetzal and Envestio as they keep pretending that payments are still going to be made. Awfull firm to leave people in such uncertainty and to mislead like that. It would be better if they terminate the website immediately. The money is long gone anyway.

Update: see the reply from Fast Invest. This is exactly what I mean. Always the same reply now for seven months saying nothing. Think they will do this for years.

Stay away. It is one major ponzi scheme. They have admitted that they do not have money to payout for clients, but would happily accept new money on their platform.

The chat didn't answer, emails without any answer and 1 year to withdraw a balance money, ridicolous. I want my money back and close my account. I help you, my id: 35201. I want this solve ASAP.

When you try to withdraw the funds they put too many limitations, which will result in feeling that all your money is lost.
Also support is slow and not answering to the point.
Investment strategies and tool don't evolve...

I have been waiting since 14 April for closing my account and transferring my funds to my bank account. All documents have been submitted. Their deadline of 30 business days has passed a long time ago. Almost all my emails are ignored or answered with no content. Sometimes the support tells me that they forward my email to the financial team, but in fact nothing happens!

As far as I know it cannot predicted if and when FI will do the promised payments. Usually we expect that they close the accounts and proceed they transfer in order like first in, first served, but reality is different. this is what I know from a telegram group.

In addition I have pending payout requests. The oldest one is from 2nd January 2020.

I cannot recommend anyone to invest on FI

I have been waiting for over six months for a payout (requested early December 2020). Since December 2020 the customer service agents have repeatedly stated they are processing November 2020s payouts. I have not received a reply to numerous emails despite contacting their online customer support.

This BAD platform (do not recommend) accepts all your money but it does not return it to you in the same way. I wanted 50% of my cash back and it is not possible to do it. They have only the option to take 5% ONCE PER TIME.

So far I waited since December 2020 and still no payout available. Fastinvest pays a small interest on delaying payments. This makes a big dent in overall interest. I hope all goes fine as I invested close to 1k. Has anybody got a fresh payment from them ?

Update 1 : Contacted via email so far no answer. Will update as soon as I get more info.

Update 2 : End of June still no payout. I was informed that due to current financial situation my payout will take longer. I will update when my first payout goes thru.

There is often no loan payable in euro
I have to invest all my money available on my account and that is anoying when you don't have a lot to invest

Getting super tired of waiting for the withdraw! The First was requested in January of 2021, 5+ months.
After that, they also included a limit value to withdraw.
Not a trustable organization!
Their support answers are always flat and default. "Sorry for the delay", "We are working on that", "The payments are made in chronological order", bla bla bla and [ugly words]!

FASTINVET do not pay any more.
They keep my money

Risky but returns may be potential.
Research and speculate wisely and accordingly based on personal circumstances.
