FastMove were great to deal with…. not your typical estate agent. Not pushy, very communicative, honest with feedback and supportive from start to completion. Would highly recommend.

Christian really helped me through the moving process, he was very knowledgeable and supported me on many factors, including a difficult solicitor. I really felt we worked together on getting my sale and purchase through completion. I am very happy with the outcome and would thoroughly recommend Christian!

From start to finish, Christian was honest, reliable and managed expectations far better than expected of an estate agent. Just at the valuation, you could instantly tell he is an expert in his field. A matter of hours after the property went live, Christian was straight on the phone booking viewings, then dealing with offers no matter what time or day it was.
Once the property was sold and in the hands of the solicitors, he was still involved and able to answer or deal with any queries we had, rather than just leaving it in the hands of someone else. Being able to speak with Christian at any point during the week made a huge difference, and the whole process was much less stressful than I had anticipated.
Christian treats every property as if it is his own and does everything he can to see it through. We now have our forever home and I am grateful to Christian & Fastmove for everything they did to get us here.

How many other Estate Agents do you know who are open 8am - 9pm, Monday to Sunday?

Well, FastMove are one of them.

Whatever time of day whatever day of the week I was able to speak to someone. This was so so important as generally from 8am - 6pm I am not contactable so having the reassurance of having access to my estate agent late at night was so helpful. Better still they weren't just able to update me on the sale of my property they were also able to update me on the progress both my solicitors were making and also my mortgage broker.

The way their company works really took away so much stress I thought I was going to experience.

They were there from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm 5 days a week, even on a weekend if we had a query or a problem. They were helpful, courteous, polite and kind.
They were very knowledgeable, in their job, patient, had time for us. On their first visit when they came to give us a valuation, they were there for 2 hours, explaining ever thing they would do to sell our house, were realistic in the price they advised us to put our house on the market for, they went above and beyond, they did got more involved than they needed to and we are very grateful for all their help.

Christian at Fastmove was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. He helped iron out problems in the property chain and kept the purchase on track. What's more he did this in a refreshingly honest and straightforward manner. Would highly recommend.

Another excellent experience with FastMove. Christian was in regular contact and tenacious as ever in making sure once the sale was agreed that there were no undue delays in the process. Our strategy had to change during the sales process, he understood my position and advised accordingly. I sold within a timeframe that met my needs to be able to buy another property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Christian to anyone as he was recommended to me.
