Misleading advertising by yet another real estate company (why am I not surprised). How about doing exactly what your advert promises, and sending out the quote by email? If you have to speak to a homeowner first, then say that in your advert. The old Bait & Switcharoo never ends. Not falling for it. Zero trust in this organization as a result.
