My boyfriend’s car was returned with a dent (damage) on the front driver door. He contacted the company via email as they suggested and he received no response so far, it’s been a week. He called and reached one of the drivers who referred him back to email contact. At this point we have no hope they are willing to solve the issue they caused. I recommend to stay away from this company. Never again!
Complete scammers. Had to wait 2 hours to get our car when we came back, had to call them multiple times while waiting and every time a different excuse and that "they would be there in 5 minutes". What's even worse, the car had visible damage that did not have when I gave the car to them. When asked about it, they accused me of trying to scam them and threatened to denounce me to the authorities. Laughable! I am now investigating the legal actions to take.
Unbelievable that businesses like this are allowed to operate - every other review here had a terrible experience... For your own sake, book with someone else.
