FastSpring Never AGain!

I tried to make a purchase 11/07/25 for Bombich Software, ccc 7 and FastSpring denied my credit card purchase.

They denied my current charge because I had issued a charge back for another unscrupulous, illegitimate company that FastSpring hosted a couple of years ago.

They held that charge back against me and red flagged my credit card and i.p. address as fraudulent.

I find FastSpring an awful, despicable company to deal with. I sent them an explanation as to why I had issued this charge back and did not hear
back from them.

I addressed the charge back at the time with my bank who refunded me
for the bogus product that FastSpring hosted.

I will never purchase anything ever again from FAstSpring or any affiliate of FastSpring.

I am disgusted with the them!!!!

There are no other details to be said. I think my reviews to FastSpring and Trust Pilot say it all.

But okay, here is the survey and review FastSpring asked me to re-submit so I am re-submitting this to both FastSpring and Trust Pilot. I don't know how they could possibly need more details:

But okay, here they are as Follows:

I am very disgusted with Fastspring because they denied my purchase Friday 11.07.25 when I tried to purchase ccc 7 from from Bombich Software. They Indicated to them that my attempted purchase was fraudulent and denied my charged purchase.

It wasn't until I went back and forth with Bombich Software to have them escalate the case to you (FastSpring) to find out the very reason why my charge card purchase was denied and termed FRAUDULENT!

As it turns out FastSpring was the credit card approval company Dorian who sold the Dorian Piano Library. This piece of software was misleading and did not deliver the promised quality and further had technical issues. For days I emailed Dorian with the issues and never heard back from them.

At that point I called my bank and requested they issue a charge back for this bogus piece of software. They did and refunded my money.

FastSpring was the credit card approval company for them and Apparently has since, Red Flagged my Credit Card and i.p. address denying my charges and terming me as fraudulent for that charge back.

I will never buy anything again from FastSpring or other affiliate company associated with them.

I spent two hours the other day just trying to find out from FastSpring why they were denying my charge without any explanation from them.

I am disgusted with you FastSpring!!!!!

InstaDoodle software purchase

Made a payment for InstaDoodle software application.
The password to connect me to the vendor's application website did not work.
I send emails to make a complaint and the issue was
never resolved. Not recommended.

They work for a 'ripe off' company

I had an E mail from a software company that said I had downloaded there software and they were using FastSpring to get money off me I have searched my laptop and cannot any such software and FastSpring are being used to get money off me

Unreliable Service and Missing License

I was charged twice for the PDF-XChange Editor Single User License on October 11, 2025. One payment went through, but no license or activation code was ever received. Support responses were slow and ineffective.
I am in contact with European consumer protection authorities regarding this issue, to prevent this company from distributing products within the EU if such practices continue.
Buyers should be very cautious when dealing with FastSpring. Report similar incidents to the FTC, IC3, and BBB.

Unable to complete purchase along with many others

Unable to complete purchase with Fastspring for a software upgrade (Akai). None of the available purchasing options (GPay, CC, PayPal, etc.) are working for many users attempting to purchase as indicated by forum posts the last 5 days. Vague error messages and generic canned responses from Fastspring, not inspiring confidence. They are about to cost a sale from me and I am sure many others. Stay away.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. We run a software as a service subcription. 2 1/2 years in, fastspring just turns off the account one day because they need to verify our account even though they verified us when we started up. Zero warnings, zero requests for information, and now, over 10 days later and they still have not re-activated our account. Totally unacceptable, we have angry customers, new customers calling in confused why the site isnt working properly and we are just stuck while our "ticket" gets passed around IT purgatory. No support phone numbers, no one we can talk to, just a generic email you send your request to and hope. I expect better for all the money theyve taken from us.
