If I could leave 0 stars I would. Thank goodness I paid through PayPal, currently in the process of claiming a full refund. DO NOT buy this product. It is not even a dupe for the airwrap, it is so poorly made it is dangerous. Unfinished edges, smells like burning, just horrendous quality and completely unsafe and unfit for purpose. Can't believe they have the audacity to charge £40 for it. Only place it belongs is in the bin.

It's a scam!
Same issue as Michelle although the product did not work at all on my hair. The voltage / power is far too low for the UK. Send videos showing proof that it does not pick up and curl my hair. 3 weeks later and what's app messages have stopped. Complete scam!

I do not believe they will be refunding me anytime soon
