Fast Track has a long history of this. There staff is unprofessional and work is never delivered within the required time frame. Clients are always unhappy and the factory is always delayed with production issues and always blames it on not having enough budget. Fast Tracks Internal staff always complains about delayed payments and being under paid as well. Their basically a new level of cheap, don't waste your time here your gonna get robbed.

I wish I had contracted this service many months ago.
The whole process from the first contact to the turn over of the VA was over and beyond my expectations. The team was so professional and knowledgeable. My new VA is an amazing person who understands the success of our company is also the success of all the employees.

Good for new sellers
I would have given 5 stars, but considering they've blocked me from accessing their website for no reason, I can't rate any higher.
I purchased the online UK deal sheet, which is definitely good when starting out, but if you're an advanced seller, I think having a VA or other sourcing methods work best as you often come across deals you've probably already sourced, some being variations which are on the lower end of sales. I did request a refund for this which they honored within 24 hours.
Customer support is top notch and the website is well designed. I would personally purchase a VA in the future, but seeing as they blocked me from accessing the website immediately after refunding me does raise slight suspicions.

We purchased our first VA from fast track and me and my business partner were very excited. Our first VA actually resigned after 3 days as she admitted she did not feel upto the task but we had a replacement within 7days and what a replacement it was 🤩 she hit the ground running from day one was very well trained by FTF and was very eager to improve and excel. The company as a whole has been very supportive and helpful through the process.
We have used FTF for a nearly 3 year now starting out from buying leads to purchasing training and the employment of our very first VA.
