Remote notarization is regulated at the state level, and unfortunately it isn’t currently permitted where you’re located. We understand how frustrating it can be to discover that limitation at the end of the process.

Is Anybody there?
We have tried continuously for weeks and weeks to get in contact with this company. We call during hours listed on the site only to hear a recording to call during business hours. On occasion if we do get a hold of Zach's sister (who answers the phone: “Hello” with no business identifier) who can’t help us. We’ve tried to do a contact support from the site to no avail. Even Zach himself said he would send an email; but didn’t follow up.

This is a fantastic product
This is a fantastic product. It is very user-friendly and gets the job done.
