I've ordered from fatalgrips before (about 4 years ago) and did on many occasions back then, I assumed they'd still be the same reliable company that they were but my order has been held at "order confirmed" for 15 days. I wanted to get my brother thumb grips for Christmas and ordered 20 days in advance, unfortunately that's not going to happen. Just contacted customer service for a refund, but even with a refund they still deserve 1 star for this horrible decline in service.

After contacting customer service I have still not heard back from them. Quite literally like a scam website, they have taken the money and not updated me since...

No these guys even have a CS team, Issue with order, 1 of the grips was damaged, emailed twice with no response

Bought three items. Received only two. Emailed customer service three times. No response. I would not trust this company to honor their side of deal.

I used to order from this place a lot a few years back when I was younger, not realizing how big of a scam this company actually is. First off, all of their products have horrible quality and are very cheaply made. Their “gaming grips” can be found places for way cheaper than they are selling them along with basically everything else on their site. Their PC section has things that look appealing when you first look at them like their Fury gaming mice and keyboard, I ordered a mouse from there a few years back and it was horrible. It felt horrible in the hand and while using it, I ended up giving it to my friend when I eventually bought a Razer Deathadder and he even said it was horrible when I asked him how he liked it, he also told me it ended up breaking very easily and that it didn’t even work anymore. Their controller “cases/skin” look cool but when you actually recieve them they feel so rubbery and bad. They also claim to “sponsor” people which I’ll tell you now is just a huge scam, the only thing that you actually get out of it is a small discount code, when the price they sell stuff at shouldn’t even be that high to begin with and thousands of other people promote and have a code like the one you’ll receive. If you haven’t noticed, they also never deny applications regardless of your follow count or popularity, everyone who applies gets accepted, I’ve never seen anybody who was denied. I applied on different fake google accounts and sometimes I even put the same account username Information like my Twitter account and they still accepted it, the “acceptance email” you get when you get notified you were accepted says the same thing for everyone, and claims it’s from the CEO of their company. They have other services like BossBoxes that supposedly give you Gaming boxes full of goodies, the images of the boxes they provide are also misleading, half the stuff shown in the picture won’t come with it. For example, it’ll show you that you’ll receive a Gfuel packet in the box when you get something like XGamer, and their controller cases that are supposed to fit your controllers don’t fit, the boxes are also super small, it’s slightly bigger than a box that a smartphone would come in, they are not anywhere close to as big as their pictures show. They give you stuff like suckers and gummy candy. Their support they claim to have is non existent and like others who have wrote a review here and complained in their support email and official Twitter account, they never get a response. They haven’t even responded to any negative reviews on here. Orders also usually take way longer to ship than they say, if they even ship at all lol. This whole site is a big scam and I’d avoid it at all cost. If you’re interested in a product of theirs like their grips then look on sites like Aliexpress and other sites like that and you can get it for much cheaper. I’ve also ordered stuff from FatalGrip’s website so I know how their products actually are and the quality of them.

The shipping was very fast but the over quality was decent it works but there's definitely better grips out there

Ordered from here multiple times, really quick delivery and great quality. Had a small issue with an order that was resolved really quickly! Customer service was very swift to respond.

Bought a PS4 silicon controller skin via the eBay store and arrived within a few days. The controller now feels amazing in the hand, offers better grip and is a very very good fit. Will also keep the controller pristine and is priced very well. A good quality product that should last me some time!

This is a classic case of reselling a product for more expensive prices and surprising expensive shipping. The product was very easily found on eBay and Aliexpress for cheaper prices ( 1-2$ ) (Website Cost 3$ A Pair + 2$ Shipping ) Making it basically 5$ a pair when I researched the shipping cost a 1$ so really it cost you 4$ a pair.

Delivery was fast and I got what was in the legendary box. Instead of Gguel I got XGAMER which isn't the same. The silicone skins are really bad and don't fit an Xbox controller well at all (there's loose bits all around) the thumbsticks are awful and do not stay on the sticks due to being made of soft rubber. The only thing I got that would even show this was from fatal grips is the 6 small stickers and the business card inside the box. I could have bought everything in the box from GAME for cheaper than I paid for it.

while they do take some time to deliver, they are very cheap and work incredibly well! I will be making a video on them on my channel. They even sent me some free grips! Right now they have a buy one get one free sale so don't wait!!

Placed an order from here for my son. The order status hasn't been updated from 'Order Confirmed' for over a week despite the shipping claiming 2-5 business days.

I've had no reply from multiple emails.

Looking on Twitter it seems like fatalgrips has time to sponser gamers but not ship their own products.

Avoid

Fraud. Item never delivered. And there is o such thing as customer service. Never got a single reply from them.

Dont buy,,,1000's of ppl have broght from this site and dont get their stuff, check out fb reviews before purchasong anything from them as my son had been ripped off also
