I have purchased a bike the 1st October and the day after emailed them that i can no longer have the bike due to some personal problems, after days of none sense email you have that feeling as if you‘re addressing a kid, a kid would probably be smarter, then they confirmed that the purchase was cancelled, and the payment in klarna should be in 15 business days cancelled, ofc as everybody else here, it’s about 20 business days and i still haven’t received anything notification they be lying and lying or send you an email as if you’re submitting the request for the first time bla bla bla, i called klarna and they paused the payment until these idiots find a f* solution and cancel the goddamn payment kn Klarna, i don’t recommand the shop at all, bunch of idiots, scammers, blood suckers. The bike is costing me 1600 euros, y‘all can have the money but only on my body. Im warning y‘all that if you don’t find me an adequate solution i swear to god you‘ll see my face in the door of the shop snd you gonna realize that im the man who‘s writing this comment right now, y‘all got about a week until you find a solution until i pull to the shop and make one myself.
Ps : its not a threat, gut y‘all stealing me and other people good earned money for living, and i can’t accept it. Believe every word i say !

Avoid this company at all costs!

I bought an Engwe T14 e-bike — delivery was a mess, items were missing, and the bike had a major defect from day one.
They refused to repair or replace anything and tried to stall by offering useless stuff like a phone holder.
When I asked for a return, they wanted €69 and more absurd fees.
Customer service is a joke.
They even offer €4.95 for fake positive reviews.
This company is a scam — don’t make my mistake!

I sent many emails/chat messages/official complaints. Nothing happened.

I ordered a part for my bike and I haven’t received it for more then a week now and you guys said u had it in stock and u said I would receive it the next day now it’s been 1 week and a half and I haven’t received any notice

The bike was already for 95% ready so it was. Very easy to complete the rest.
The delivery was on time

Really bad experience so far!. It has been more than 35 days since my order # 200219521942, (placed on 22nd August 2025), has been cancelled and approved for refund on 17 th September 2025. And even after repeated emails, and Whatsapp messages, there have been minimal response - ( email responses include pitching alternate options to the e-bike that was ordered and cancelled and whatsapp response initially said they are looking at why my refund is not processed and it is now complete radio silence since 7th October 2025). The order was cancelled because they could not deliver the e-bike within 4 weeks.

Jobobike dyno GT delivered in excellent condition. Shipment tracking was super helpful.

Best! They have amazing fat bikes. My purchase was pretty quick and smooth, they let me test drive, gave me tips and tricks of the bike. Colour options, accessories have great deal. I would currently we have so many fakes and expensive fatbikes but this one is an awesome deal. Cheaper and the best. Salesman handled us veey well friendly. We ordered a LE 20 boost. And we love it. Thank you.

The two delivered bicycles do not match the specifications listed in the store. After contacting the manufacturer, it turned out that this model was never released to the market with the specifications shown on Fatbikeskopen.nl.
After filing a complaint, the seller agreed to replace both bicycles, but then stopped all communication.

It is also worth noting that the bicycle accessories were not delivered in full.
All communication takes place exclusively via WhatsApp and the complaint portal app.claimlane.com.
The seller does not respond to any inquiries or escalations. The matter has been reported to the relevant authorities.

This constitutes online fraud through the publication of false information — namely, a misleading product description and false claims such as the Trustpilot rating banner on the website, which suggests a score of 4.7 stars.

The statutory complaint period has expired without any action taken by the store.

Excellent bike. I ordered it on Saturday, and it arrived on Wednesday. I ordered it assembled, and the build was excellent.
It's very pleasant to ride, it pulls forward very well, аnd the appearance of this bike is just something. I sincerely recommend this model of bicycle to everyone.

The team is very helpful and polite. However, the delivery date on the website did not match the date given by the team. When we purchased the bike (Engwe L20) on the website, it was shown in stock, but after waiting two weeks, we still hadn't received it. We purchased the L20 Engwe, and when we learned that the L20 Boost was in stock, we exchanged the product. I'm waiting for the product to arrive! Thank you!

I purchased a electric bicycle from this company and within a year the brakes started giving problems due to low quality. After asking for help and repairs they stated that they will not cover under warranty and that it is for my own expense(this is after spending over 1k with them?)
Bad Customer service.
If you are planning on buying from them I would recommend making sure about what they actually offer.
