It was great that you accept a whole mix of books (not just textbooks) and the system of sending you the books is clear. The only slight criticisms I have is that the bar set is rather high (reaching £15 when many of the books are - according to you - worth only 10p.), and secondly that novels or books or poetry which have exactly the same text as other newer editions are not accepted (without a good reason being given on your website). Apart from those small things, you're doing a good job!

I have used Fatbrain before and was happy with them 2 years ago but recently used them and didn't end up getting the amount quoted.

Not very good communications with regard to despatching my book. Altogether took about 7days to receive, although said it was in stock.
Would probably use again to see if the process is any quicker.

Disappointed that one brand new book appeared to be worth £9.97 when investigating prices, but then turned out to be worth nothing on arrival with FatBrain? Didn't seem worth paying p&p to have item returned as this would have halved the amount received.

That said, the whole process was quick and efficient from start to finish.
