My recent oxyshred came busted up (no fault of FBO), I emailed about it and had an immediate reply and the problem was sorted right away. very happy with that service.
I've seen adverts that all orders come with free samples also, I've ordered twice now and got no free samples so that's upsetting.
overall I'll continue to buy through FBO and their shipping and attention to customer service is great.
