Absolute life savers!
Absolute life savers and will never take my bike anywhere else! Recommend 100%!
Had the back tyre repaired at a normal bike shop a few days ago and they messed it up and made the bike super heavy because of some peddle disc and hadn’t pumped the tyres to the correct pressure. This also caused the battery to drain twice as fast.
The guys at Fatdaddy fixed the issue immediately despite walking in without an appointment and they were both super sweet and helpful, checked everything and now my bike is running smoothly like normal again.
Lesson learned, conventional bike shops doesn’t like, doesn’t care about or know this sort of bikes so better take it to an expert that specialises in specifically fat bikes like this place. I will for sure never take mine anywhere else again! Thank you so much for the help, you saved the day! 😊
Really the worst bicycle service ever
Really the worst bicycle service ever. They are slow, are not capable and after 1,5 weeks my bicycle was still not fixed.

I went for a Servicecheck for my fat bike Doppio, they were very professional and transparent about the service and the Bike, I can recommend FatDaddy!
Missing scooter repair
On April 29, 2023, I contacted Fatdaddy.nl regarding my electric scooter, which was defective. I sent it to the store in Holland, where the scooter arrived on May 22.
I followed up several times afterwards for a status on the repair of my scooter. I was told that the scooter had to be sent to Spain to the supplier. On July 6, I was told that the scooter had not yet been sent due to an error in the warehouse. On August 6, I was told that the scooter had been sent to the supplier. I then asked several times for the status of the repair of the scooter. On November 10, I received the last message from Fatdaddy that there was still no news about the scooter. I have not heard from Fatdaddy since November 10. They do not answer messages by email.
Waiting for my refund order.
I'm still waiting for the refund but never see my money back (1849€) since two months. I've phoned FatDaddy and said to me that i'll be refund but i'm still wainting...
I've engage a UE customer procedure. Its deplorable, cant believe that !
UPDATE: I was refund after 3 months.
Appalling customer service
I placed an order for a Super73. I was told it was being shipped. After two weeks I rang them because they were not responding to emails. They said they had one available but then said “sorry we can’t ship to Ireland” so I cancelled. 7 working days later I still haven’t received my refund and have sent three emails all of which have not been responded to.

*Addition 13 days after above post. Still no received refund and not responding to emails. I’ve had to generate a retrieval of funds through credit card. How are these guys in business?

RLOD repair
I sent a boosted battery for RLOD repair. It took more than a month to came back, that's really long.
But the battery now works like a charm, and it's been updated to 2.5.1 firmware, that's really cool. Thanks Fatdaddy!

You have sent me my bike 2 months after my paid order. I have received the bike and I did not get the charging cord to my electric bike and I did not get a users manual. I have sent you an email about it and I have not received any answer. Really bad costumer support - what ever you have automated is working but that is only a "bxxgus" - nothing.
