The man working (sorry I didn’t catch his name) was very pleasant and helpful! He was working by himself I believe but he greeted everyone coming into the store which was lovely.

Shorts not true to size and hassle exchanging them
I’m ordered online as the store did not carry men’s shorts larger than 38” waste. The items arrived promptly and well packaged but the shorts were enormous. Tape measure showing them to be 43inches and not 40 as labelled. I changed them at the store in Aberdeen to 38” inches . I wish I had measured them in store on my first visit. The store staff were incredibly unhelpful, and initially told me I couldn’t exchange them or get money back in store despite having all paperwork, original packaging and items in pristine condition with all labels still attached etc. Hesitant to buy anything there again.
