Nice shop with helpful staff. Good choice. I bought what I came for

Lovely shop, friendly and knowledgable shop assistants. I shop in Fatface Bakewell a great deal, and as always it was a very pleasant experience. I was served by Abigail on this occsasion. It's a pleasure to shop here

I recently bought a jacket and jumper in the sale from Bakewell Fatface, which is a lovely shop situated in the centre of town. I was pleased there were quite a few things in my size. The staff were friendly & helpful. I am tall and was very happy with my Hazel longline jumper in green so a couple of weeks later I ordered another one in ivory and a Katie longline cardigan, both are perfect for changeable British Spring weather! Online ordering was quick & easy & I love both items. For tall people longline is a good fit!

The staff at the Bakewell FatFace store are fantastic! I was struggling to find a cardigan or top layer to pair with a particular dress. The staff at this store really took the time to listen to what I needed and found a perfect red cardigan. Thank you!

The staff in the Bakewell were very friendly and helpful and gave me good advice on the size to order. They did not have the item in store so I ordered it online. When it arrived it was perfect.

This was for a gift for someone . Due to arrive Thursday 5 December . Delayed so was unable to give it to them . Very disappointed

After struggling to resolve a problem that I had with a product online. I popped into the bakewell shop to see if they could help. All the staff were exceptionally lovely and Charlotte went above and beyond to help me sort things out. I’d come back to this store again just for the service

Ordered 2 T-shirts and a skirt from Fatface. Arrived following day. All great quality. Skirt too big, husband returned in store. (I’m a wheelchair user and local store inaccessible). Prompt refund, and smaller skirt arrived following day after ordering, (none in store), perfect fit 😁.

Fabulous company, the clothes are always a good fit, well made and last for years. Well done again!

Went into the Bakewell store and thought the new stock was amazing. Bought a jumper, skirt, sweatshirt and small bag. Loved the sweatshirt so much I bought another colour online!!

Fatface always top quality and prompt despatch

I ordered boots following the information that they would be delivered the next day so I could collect them quickly.
They were ordered on the 13th Nov
I expected that I could collect them on the 14th Nov
However, on the 18th Nov I had an email informing me that there was a delay in collecting the boots.
We had already planned to be in Bakewell, where the boots were sent, on the 18th Nov to collect. So we had a wasted journey. We could not change this plan for other reasons.
Eventually, on the 23rd Nov I had notification that the boots had arrived at the Bakewell shop.
So the earliest I could collect was today, the 26th Nov.
The boots are good. My wife is very pleased with them.
However, you are advertising next day collection. This is clearly not true as the delay is 10 days, hardly next day.
Please change your advertising to be a true reflection of your service.
As a family we use Fatface a lot. We expected better.
