Amazing customer service
I received outstanding customer service in your Berkhamsted store today. Fat Face staff are in my experience always helpful and polite but this went above and beyond.

Very helpful staff
Bought several items at Fatface Berkhamsted, and had to return one item. Very helpful staff. When I was then looking for a denim jacket and they didn't have my size, they were very helpful with alternative suggestions. Lovely clean, tidy shop too
