Lovely store
The lady was really helpful, had plenty of time for me and was chatty and friendly. Even though I had several returns she still made me feel like a valued customer. I would happily shop here again

Online ordering wad disappointing
I ordered 2 dresses to be delivered to my closest store for pick up. When I opened the parcel only 1 dress was in the packaging with an invoice stating 2 dresses. I rang the store who advised there were no other parcel for collection and would ring customer service for them to send the missing dress out. They advised both dresses had been sent and they did not have another dress. This was not the case. Payment for the dress had been taken and advice invoice sent stating 2 dresses were in the parcel. They advised they will refund the money but that is not the issue. The shop assistant in the store was very polite and helpful and helped sort out the issue. I would recommend the store. I no longer trust Fat Face online and in the future would only buy from the store.

I'm really sorry to hear that your Devin Bandana Dress didn't arrive in your parcel. I can see that you have spoken to my colleague and she has refunded £35.00 back to your PayPal account. Sadly when an item is missing from an order and is unavailable for re-order on our website, the next best thing is to process a refund for the item, so I'm really sorry that we were unable to help further.
It's great to hear that our store crew in Beverley were able to help out, and I'll be sure to pass your feedback on. I'll pass your comments to our warehouse team too, so they are aware of this issue.

Good on line and in shop experience
Ordered items on line to be delivered to my local fatface shop who didn’t have my size in stock. Good progress updates and quick delivery. Easy collection from shop - bought another item in the sale whilst in there. The item I bought - a hoodie - fits well, is an attractive colour and is well made.

Great staff
I bought dress on line but it was too big. I called local store and they went out of there the way to help. Located the size I wanted and put it to a side until I got there the next day. Ladies name was Claudia. Excellent service

Always pleased with the service at Fat Face! I ordered a shirt & hoodie from the website and chose the click and collect service to my local store. The assistant there was polite and friendly and I was able to collect my order without any problems!
