We purchased some children's items and…
We purchased some children's items and found back home that one item had been scanned at the full price instead of the sale price. I returned the next day and the error was speedily corrected with a refund.

Great top from Fatface.
I saw the top I bought instore but hadn't got my size so found it online. Store and website were both good, still prefer to shop instore, and delivery was quite efficient. Lovely top and in the sale so very happy.

Went into your Birmingham store weekend .Had excellent customer service .Their is a lady think she only works on a Saturday she is the most delightful lady a real asset to fat face .Always goes above and beyond.well done all at fat face a superb shopping experience every time .
