Easy ordering but difficult store collection. The email states someone else may collect your order with confirmation and ID but store made that very difficult!

Great Cargo Shorts as Always
I already have several pairs of FatFace cargo shorts. The fit, material, range of colours and workmanship are all first class and they're reasonably priced.
My latest pair are as good as always.

I wish I had more money
Fatface have really come up trumps this year, lots of beautiful colourful clothes. I love the quality of Fatface clothing and the fit of their beautiful dresses. I always feel good in their clothing.
I can always find something to buy in their shops, staff always friendly and helpful.

Great jeans but slow delivery
The quality of the jeans are good. Great fit and comfortable. The click and collect took 6 days before I received a message that it is ready. On the website it said 3-5 days. I ordered these jeans and was hoping to wear them on my trip, but they arrived too late. This was quite disappointing. The click and collect delivery time should be in line with the delivery times specified on the website.

I saw the coat in store but they didn't…
I saw the coat in store but they didn't have colour or size I needed. The sakes staff checked online and found it available and gave me details I needed to find it. I ordered when I got home and the coat arrived quickly. Website is easy to use as well.

Fantastic quality and hard wearing
Fantastic quality and hard wearing. Easy to mix and match items and good variety of colours that are fun and vibrant.
It’s also good being able to go to my local store and see the items before purchasing. Being able to shop online is helpful as well as being quick and easy to navigate.
