Top Notch Service
All I can say about the customer service at FatFace in Colchester .. is that it's top drawer. I had bought an expensive coat over a year ago and suddenly the zip wouldn't work. I was worried that I wouldn't get any help as I no longer had my receipt - who would after a year. However, I can't praise Laura highly enough .. she and the other staff went above and beyond to help me. Suffice to say .. the zip has been replaced and I've been wearing my coat again .. good job because it's been bloody cold lately!!
So, a big THANK YOU to the Colchester branch .. you were brilliant!
