I always order online if my size is not in stock and delivery is brilliant, and convenient for me.

Excellent local shop in Conwy
Phoned shop in next village to see if item in stock, Amelia put it to side for me to call in a try in afternoon. I bought top, have worn it, washed it. Very happy customer.

I bought a jacket
I bought a jacket, threw away the receipt as over a month since bought it. Tried to wear it twice there was something wrong the way it hung could not understand why. My daughter told me to return it I left it even longer.
Explained all this to Sarah in Fat Face Conwy shop very nervously. She was so helpful and understandingly agreed there was a problem but mainly it wasn’t the high standard I had usually expected from them. She gave me a gift card for the amount I had paid very pleasantly..
I was so pleased also that my daughter wouldn’t be cross with me!
I just want Sarah to be recognised for her perfect customer service and also the young man who originally ordered it and sold it to me who was also so helpful
