The shop helped by explaining how good on-line ordering was … i triedit and got what i d been after for a while… it arrived on time, fits perfectly… very happy

The shop was busy (Saturday afternoon) and I had to return something which was too small for my granddaughter. I was served by the most charming polite and gracious young woman who could not have done more to deal with my return. I accepted a refund via a voucher to which I added more to make the voucher (a gift for my granddaughter) up to £50. She was cool and calm and handled the quite complicated transaction quickly and in with attention to detail. A delight to listen to her polite and courteous manner. Her name is Holly and I hope she is valued by the company.

This brand creates clothing that people can actually wear and feel comfortable in. The fabrics are soft and made from a lot of natural fibres or recycled ones. The designs range from very casual to something special for an occasion or night out. Nothing is garish. Colour palettes are beautifully chosen to reflect the seasons and nature. I love that I can buy something every season and build up a collection over time that always works for me. I don’t like “fast fashion” so I don’t like brands which look dated before the garments have had any wear out of them.
The stores are very attractively presented with their signature rustic, rugged style. The soundtrack is not overpowering, it has a laid back, easy going vibe. The staff are friendly, cheerful and lovely people.
The website is easy to navigate and the clothing is presented by models of all age groups, body types and ethnicities (often for each garment too) which is great.

My dungarees are well-made and comfortable; the fit is true to size(I bought a10). Versatile, cropped length, I will be able to wear with boots during the winter and trainers during the summer.

When my branch didnot have the socks I wanted they advised me to go online and click and collect. This worked perfectly and I also bought some slippers! Lovely staff!

A lovely jumper in a great colour teal green. The stitch was really different and a good true to size fit.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, not at all pushy which allows me to have a wander around looking at everything on display.

I visited Fatface in Falmouth Cornwall and had to write and say the assistants in the shop were top notch. Extremely helpful and friendly, a credit to Fatface. Without trying to embarrass them, Emmy and Holly were brilliant, many thanks.

I bought a selection of items on line. Different sizes for fit etc. Returned a couple of them to my local FatFace store in Falmouth. All worked seamlessly. The assistant was lovely, friendly and chatty. The refund went straight back into my account. Perfect. Love FatFace :)
