Well made clothes
I love my 2 tops I bought from Fatface not cheap but very well made with lovely details especially at the back like Monsoon used to do! My only disappointment is that I paid £49-50 for 1 top that was £28 in the sale the week after
I used click and collect which was very quick and the staff in the Harrogate store are lovely

Visited the Harrogate branch today
Visited the Harrogate branch today, to buy a pair of socks,l was served by Grace. Even though it was just a pair of socks, Grace was welcoming and very friendly. Made a quick visit for a mundane item, a very good experience. Thank you Grace, will visit again.

The top I ordered in the sale was far too big, but the process of returning it and ordering a smaller size was smooth and efficient.

Great sale prices on Harwick full zip bomber
Great sale prices on the Harwick Navy Zip Through Bomber and Khaki green. They are different garments which is not that easy to see in the pictures, but explains the price difference. I ordered each one size larger than normal and it was the right thing to do. Shoulder/arm seams are still on the shoulder.

All round satisfaction with Fat Face.
I was happy to be able to order garments online which were not in the local store, due to its restricted space. I think the quality of clothing / fabrics is excellent. The sizing is accurate, so I can be confident that I am unlikely to need to return anything. Online communication is good, e.g. my order was delayed by a day, but I was made fully aware of it as I had opted to collect it in store. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.
