The sun is shining so I thought I’d treat myself to some new clothes. Fat Face is the place to go in Ilkley, great choice and staff so welcoming and friendly especially Emma and Beth.

Fantastic experience in Ilkley
Emma, Beth and the team are always incredible whenever I visit. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Ilkley is my new local store after the sad closure of the Leeds store. Will be back again soon.

Good service all round from FatFace
Ordered a dress online having seen it in store so I knew I liked the style & fabric.
I collected it from the store closest to my home. The whole process was easy & straight forward . I was informed of the progress of my purchase regularly.

Disappointed in the sizing, designs and rude staff. What’s happened Fat Face?
I think the quality and range has diminished over the years. The sizes are bizarre and the stock is tired. Out of an order of 6 items I kept 1.
The standard of customer service in my local branch is quite bad too, really rude and impatient staff. One actually tutted at my 7 year old daughter in the store. Appalling! I was left shocked and insulted when I went to return my items. Doubt very much I will return.

Favourite shop! I love fat face stores and online
I love fat face stores and online. The advantages of visiting the stores are 1) You can feel the textures of the fabrics. The knitwear is always so soft.
2) Our dog is always made welcome. We don’t have a choice about going into the shop- the dog insists!
Online shopping is very convenient if I can’t get into town.

Fatface Ilkley need training in CX skills
I love the Fatface brand and their clothing but sad to say we rang the ilkley store from the Skipton store as they showed stock of an item to be met with very poor levels of customer service. I understand they are busy but a blatant refusal to help and told to call in on Boxing Day was not well received. Sorry Fatface, I expected better customer service from your brand.
