Easy to navigate site needed a quick delivery aswell and all went to plan
Website was easy to navigate - I searched for sale items in particular sizes, and the items that were/weren't available were indicated immediately. All items I ordered were provided in the delivery to store which really quick - they were available the next day, quicker than I expected! Email updates let me know the items were available to pick up and how long they'd be held for. And so far, I've been pleased with the quality, design and fit of all items!

I had already bought a couple of these Polo shirts but wanted a blue one. I was able to pick one on-line and it was delivered to the shop on time. I had emails to keep me up to date and it was easy to collect it. They couldn't have done anything better.

Very little choice in the Kingston store compared with the old shop which was also more interesting. This shop has no character.

It took a week for the item to arrive in store but the staff in store were helpful when I went to collect it.
The bag is lovely and well made, but the design is missing two key features. It would be good to have a small zip pocket on the back, for security. Also, the adjustable piece of the shoulder strap sits on the shoulder so the buckle digs in a bit. It's normally positioned at the bottom end if the strap.

I had left my Christmas shopping right until the last minute this year. I had gone into Fat Face to look for clothing for my husband and was rifling through t-shirts looking for a 3XL when Abigail spotted me trying to find the size and kindly asked whether she could help. Moments later she had helped me to order a 3XL and 4XL in two t-shirts. She clearly spotted the look of desperation on my face and was savvy enough to notice that I couldn't find the size that I was looking for. I also returned to the store for a second time, to make a second order, where Abigail once again helped this desperate Christmas shopper to order a sweatshirt in 3XL and 4XL.
It's the first time I have shopped in Fat Face and, despite the store being incredibly busy on the last Sunday before Christmas, Abigail was more than happy to help, proactive in asking if I needed help and then deftly went through the ordering process for the items I had selected.
She is a fantastic asset to the store and I returned after Christmas on 29/12/25 to both refund the duplicate items but also to tell the store manager about the great service from Abigail. I hope she receives an acknowledgement and/or a staff bonus.
Having never shopped in Fat Face before, it is likely I will be shopping there more often down to the service received at the Kingston branch.
