Friendly and efficient staff
Friendly staff. They had a coat but not in my size of the colour I wanted. She went into the back and found one in my size but a different colour so I could try it on for fit. She suggests I take a photo of the label so l could order it at home online. Very helpful.

Impressive service!
I needed to exchange a coat for a smaller size and wanted to purchase some boots. The exchange was a little complicated (didn’t help that I didn’t know the pin to a rarely used card) but the staff persevered and managed to sort it for me as well as re ordering a coat as it wasn’t in stock. I struggle with purchasing boots as I’m between sizes but the first pair fit perfectly. The store looks amazing and I was really touched by the care and attention paid to me by Tracey and Susan. I will visit again! Many thanks.

Click and collect not as good as it should be
Went to collect several click and collect orders. Manager was a bit "full of himself" . I left the store without one order, which I was not aware of, and that was refunded same day. So control of click and collect items isn't good in that store.

Tried trousers on at pick point too big. Sales woman so helpful in refunding. Bought something else instead. Nothing too much for staff polite and happy.

Excellent customer service
I use Fatface Lytham store regularly and although I rarely write reviews, felt compelled to say that Jude, one of the sales assistants is particularly helpful and cheery. She always makes shopping there a really positive experience. She gives great advice and nothing is too much trouble. If only everyone could be served by someone with her commitment to customer service.

Service was good but one of my scrunches wasn't put in my bag and as I was on a day trip couldnt go back for it. Good job they were on sale otherwise would have been really fed up.

Another of these brilliant Breton tops for my collection ! I must have around 9 or 10... this bright blue is so cheerful I just had to have it. They are well made and wash well time after time. A true classic for everyone's wardrobe.
