Replacement ladies jumperper
Originally bought a ladies jumper from the Market Harbourer store just before Christmas. Unfortunately a hole appeared under the arm. Took garment back to the store where the staff were amazing on both occasions. Issued a refund immediately with no fuss. Went on line reordered the same jumper and it was delivered within a few days. Great company and will definitely use the MH store again.

Perfect luxury bedding choice

Christmas presents from FatFace Ordered a leather bag and a hat on…
Ordered a leather bag and a hat on line. Delivery was punctual, the items were very well packed and of excellent quality. My daughter in law was thrilled with her Christmas presents.
I have always had a good experience shopping at FatFace whether it be on line or in store at Market Harborough where the customer service is first class.

Good Overall Experience from Fatface
I've ordered several items in the past from FatFace. I find the ordering procedure straightforward. Delivery, either to a store or to my home is efficient. Assistants are helpful and friendly when collecting from a FatFace store.

Staff were a little rude when I went to pick up. Accused of knocking on the door, when it was in fact a courier driver.

I loved the product that arrived
I loved the product that arrived, it is a great fit, lovely colour and good quality. However the sleeve has a fault and there is a hole between the cuff and sleeve. I took this item back to the store for em exchange and got told to take it home, and call customer services as the store couldn’t help. Very disappointed in the service. I took time out of my weekend to head to the store and still have a damaged item.

Fabulous service!
Absolutely wonderful service from the people working in this store. They couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and generally just lovely! This makes me want to go to the store more often instead of ordering online. I also think it’s great that FatFace allow dogs in store.
