Order very late ! No notification !
Order did not turn up at store or I certainly wasn't notified way after the stated date. After going on the "chat" I received a message to say that it was ready for collection immediately!!

Tried to amend size only hours after placing order, no reply for days, then told couldn't.
Wasnt at storexwhen expected.
Told next day , so OK another trip into town when on holiday.
Only to find shop shut.
Till upgrade.
All my life worked in retail, till upgrades, software all done out of hours not 14.30 in the afternoon.
First and hope last bad experience.
New Mgr over came issue. But could've done a lot better.

Ordered a T-shirt on-line
Ordered a T-shirt on-line. Received an e-mail confirmation as expected, but a few days later, I hadn't received a message to let me know my parcel would be ready to collect from the store. I contacted Fat Face on-line, via their chat room service. They said that the courier had lost my parcel, so they re-ordered for me and the item was delivered to my home address the next day. Mistakes happen, but great service to rectify their fault and I am very pleased with the product and the service I received.
