Bought some items online but had to return one t-shirt due to sizing. Found person working there (Saturday 15 April) extremely helpful. Because of the sale on many items ending up getting multiple items. Its always great to high quality at a value price, but add in terrific service gets a 5 star. Just a little upset that I understand the New Haven store will not be around for long. That means more online shopping, or a long drive.

The salesman
The salesman, and I don't recall his name, (he's the Mystic store manager), went way out of his way to help find the correct size article at another store and have it shipped directly to us. This enabled us to walk out with three sweater purchases rather than just one. He could not have been nicer or more helpful.
