Great shopping experience

Fat Face — good quality and long-lasting clothes.
Very happy with my purchase of two pairs of summery t-shirts and shorts, ready for my holiday.
I replaced these with similar items that I bought from Fat Face eight or nine years ago, which are only just beginning to look worn/faded.
Always worth paying a little bit more for better quality and long-lasting clothes, especially when they’re on sale!

A great store and a great experience.
In the shop, I found what I was looking for very easily as everything was clearly laid out. At the changing rooms, the assistant was polite, and helpful and made sure that I knew she would get other sizes if required. At the till, a different assistant who helped me was so funny and friendly, it made me feel cheerful. A great store and a great experience.

The company is customer focused. Nothing is too much trouble in Norwich branch. They listen to your shape concerns etc. help you shop and give you honest feedback on sizes and styles. Will always shop at Fatface if they have what I need. 10/10

I needed to try a larger size in a top I had bought. Incredibly helpful in the store.
While I was there I found the perfect dress to wear at my first races at Newmarket.
The dress was beautiful but I need reassurance from one of the staff. She was incredibly supportive and helpful and I purchased the dress. Another member of staff supported at the til too with suggestions of accessories for my impending day. Thank you Fatface

Black pair of cropped linen trousers
I am very pleased with the black pair of Anya cropped linen trousers I bought in the sale. They fit perfectly in my usual size. The high waistline is flattering and the linen keeps its shape. Collection from my local store was easy.

Tobias at the Norwich store today
Visited the Norwich store today. Tobias made the experience the best I've had in a clothing store. I asked whether he knew if they had a certain type of trouser. He asked me to wait and brought me back options to look at. I tried them on and bought a pair. It was so lovely to have such an easy shopping experience. The 2 other members of staff in store on the dressing room and on the till were also very helpful. Thank you Tobias, I love my new trousers handpicked by you!
