It wasn’t a good experience in the shop in Plymouth, the fitting room wasn’t available 40 minutes before closing time. I couldn’t try on a few things and just walked away…

Overwhelmingly good customer service
I was overwhelmed by the personal service i received today from Meg P and Kirsty. They were attentive, deeply knowledgeable about what they had in stock and they helped me identify what trousers would suit me best. I left with the right pair of trousers and more confidence in myself. I can't remember ever having better customer service in a Plymouth shop.

Outstanding customer service from Kirsty at Plymouth Fatface today. I had been looking for some warm, smart casual work wear for ages ended up buying 2 beautiful complete outfits that will be long lasting, high quality and the fits are so comfortable. Thank you for your time and patience something many stores are definitely missing at times. I’ll definitely now be back to build my winter collection.
