Overpriced for poor quality.
I was very disappointed with the quality of the items ordered. I ordered a breton T shirt to replace one I've had for a few years, but is starting to look a little faded. The old faded one is far superior in quality, style and thickness. I'd added a plain white one to my order, this was just as poor quality as the breton one. I mentioned this to the shop manager on returning the items and asked her to pass on my comments. She more or less brushed them off and I know these were not forwarded onto customer services. After being a loyal customer of Fat Face for many years, I will not be buying from this company again.

Great service Fatface Plymouth
Nothing was too much trouble for the lady that served me, the lady's name was Sara.
From the moment I asked for help.
I couldn't find any jeans that I wanted on the shelf, so Sara took the trouble to look in the back store, found just what I needed.
I ended up buying two pairs of the jeans plus various other items, I was so impressed with the member of staffs happy and helpful attitude.
Would definitely visit this store again.

The right fit.
Found jeans the right size (30 waist, 30 leg, slim fit) which are normally hard to find eslewhere. Have bought these from Fatface before and they fit well and wear well. The fact that they were in a sale was a great bonus. So I bought a second pair online the following day.

Trouble free ordering and collection from the Plymouth store. Staff friendly and helpful. I bought the Rose cardigan in Navy, as I have 2 already in other colours and it's a nice useful addition to my wardrobe. I dropped a star because they've messed with the fit of the sleeves which are now baggy on me. I will end up tapering them I am sure - so dissapointing.

Great service.
My wife had the pleasure of visiting FatFace in Plymouth this afternoon and has not stopped telling me how good the staff were. Customer service at its best!
One of the reasons I shop at Fatface is the level of service they provide! Staff are always helpful, friendly and go the extra mile. They are visible, which seems to be a rarity these days.
Today was no exception, Ella was fabulous and dealt with my query without hesitation. Really affirmed why I shop there. Thank you Ella, your customer service skills were beyond 5*.
