Not good, I'm afraid! I ordered Brooke boot cut jeans. They arrived quickly but were skinny jeans that were not even Fat Face ones! Very disappointing. I love Fat Face jeans, they are always a great fit but I'm not reordering as I can't be bothered with the faff!

Love Fat Face stuff pity a pair of trousers were too big , but overall

I am a retired lady so not every styles are for me but the Bretton long sleave tops are great . love the colours and own about 6 up to now. I also have 2 dresses . all true to size . Your clothes keep there shape and wash well. looking forward to more new additions.

Delivery was average but unfortunately the boots were very tight fitting so I was forced to return them

Love fat face items were perfect just what I wanted. My inly thing recently with fat face is I have noticed sizes appear a little larger I would usually be a size 14 and now finding a size 12 is sufficient so I would advise for people to try on and start with a smaller size

Went into Fatface today in Preston, as I always do but gutted to find a lot of the shelves and racks empty, I know the store is due to close.
I was looking for something for my young son…… unfortunately for him, I didn’t find any Childrens clothes.
Fortunately for me, i found a gorgeous pair of jeans but was unsure if they would suit me due to not being my usual style, normally I go for straight cut but these were fly flare.
I tried them on but still unsure, so asked a member of staff for their honest opinion
I think her name is Julia, she was fantastic, she made me feel good about myself and commented how nice i looked in the jeans (I don’t take compliments very well)
Safe to say i bought the jeans and a top
I just want to express how amazing your staff are at the Preston store. They truly go above and beyond to help your customers and nothing is too much for them.
They’re friendly, polite and always happy to assist
Also a big shout out to Saffron and the male store assistant, both were very helpful

Please, please open up another store in Preston, i overhead an elderly gentleman state he’s going to miss your store and he will have to shop elsewhere as he doesn’t shop online or have a car to travel to another store

Keep up the good work Preston store, you will be greatly missed

I have been wearing Fatface clothing for a long time and have always made a point of visiting our local shop in Preston. The displayed clothing is always tempting to purchase and in all cases the staff go out of their way to greet you and make you feel welcome.
The quality of the clothes is excellent and has always fit me well. I am still wearing T-shirts I purchased some 5 years ago and always look forward too the new seasons styles and patterns.
Very sad too hear it will be closing and leaves me wondering WHERE WILL I GET MY CLOTHES FROM IN THE FUTURE.

Lovely helpful staff helped me return an item that needed to go back online. Then helped me choose a replacement in store and gave me a discount!

The shop assistant (young male,possibly from Scandinavia) was very polite and helpful.

Bought a sweater online but it was a bit big, went in to store in Preston and they exchanged it no problem.

As always with FatFace the service was excellent.Friendly professional staff who don’t harass you the second your in the shop.Great quality garment too that will still look good in a couple of years

At Christmas my young children (12) wanted to get me a gift from the Preston shop.
They went in alone, I remained outside. Thru wanted to get me a surprise, I think they also enjoyed doing this alone.
I did tell them to keep receipts, which they did.
On Christmas Day I opened the present to find seasonal socks, they were well received. Unfortunately they’d got me size 6-9, I’m a size 13!!
Obviously I did not know what they were getting me.
Some days after Christmas I took the socks back with said receipt, however of the 3 pairs only 2 were on the receipt? (I think the other were on one that was with another item they bought!
Anyway
The manager took the 2 pairs on the receipt I had and deducted the few pounds off an item of clothing I then bought.
Disappointingly though he declined the pair that I had no receipt for, even though it was clear they were unique to Fatface.
He quoted ‘policy’ ? Which is not entirely correct but more importantly it was one pair of socks for which I had no use… and no-one to give them to.
What’s important is how disappointing it is to some one who shops regularly at that store and on line.
All said I avoid the Preston branch now. It might seem petty but had I been the manager I’d have seen wider picture.

My wardrobe is now a fat face wardrobe, I love everything about fat face. Such good quality , everything is well made, I get lot’s of comments and I’ve got friends and family now shopping on fat face . Keep up the good work
