Exceeding my expectations with the helpfulness of staff on Ecclesall Road Sheffield. The quality of the shirts was excellent as always but the sale price - £15 for 3 t shirts - was incredible!

Efficient service friendly staff
Ordered a pair of trainers online to be collected from your shop on Ecclesall Rd Sheffield. Delivery arrived earlier than expected which was brilliant. Was able to try on instore staff were very friendly and helpful. Also looked round the rest of the store and wasn't hassled to purchase further.

Fat face is my absolute favourite shop
Fat face is my absolute favourite shop! The clothes are beautifully designed, comfortable and long lasting. They are great for casual wear or to dress up as well. I see myself shopping in fat face my whole life. In the Sheffield store, the staff are particularly friendly and know my face.

Happy lady in Sheffield…
My wife and I Went to a fat face store in Sheffield Eccelsall road on wed 14th Feb.
A very pleasant young lady served me by ordering a sale dress that I wanted for a holiday.
Much to my delight it arrived today Friday 16 th Feb.
And it fits perfectly and is a real bargain I got it for half price.
I have already sent for another dress in a different style as I was so impressed.
Thankyou fat face for Employing such lovely staff.
I will shop here again.

Terrible costumer service for online shipping. I went to the store to change the coat that was too big and then the salesperson order the new one in the name of the wrong consumer. I tried to contact costumer services but I did not receive any answer.

Great! Wide jeans are back!
I recently brought a pair of Elise wide legged high waisted jeans that were in the sale. Fabulous fit and so comfortable, so much so that when I got an email saying all jeans were now in a sale I splashed out and ordered the darker pair too. Quick delivery, nicely packaged and friendly service.

Great customer service
Chose a pair of trousers, paid for them, had them delivered to a store. All went fine. Just as you'd expect. When I went to pick them up from the shop I had great customer service - friendly, quick, helpful and polite. Can't ask for any more than can you?
