The staff were really friendly and even reminded me to use a blue card for discount if I had one, the autumn range was so good I couldn’t decide what I could afford, cannot wait till next pay day to go back

I am short (5ft) so ordered some jeans online. I was delighted that the jeans were a bit too short so l returned them to the store in Skipton. Libby who served me was excellent. She showed me all the jeans that could work for me and explained the different styles and fits. She was brilliant and so helpful. I came away with a completely different style of jeans and I will be back very soon.

Staff very friendly and more than willing to help me with what I wanted as it was not on the shelf but staff went and found the belt I wanted in the stock room. Very happy with my purchase as always good quality clothing.

I ordered some shirts for my husband on line in 4XL tall, I was told that the order would be available on Sunday 9th August. I received an email to say they would be delayed by 1-2 days so on Tuesday I went into my local store in Skipton. A very nice assistant informed me that they only received orders on Sundays and Thursdays so she apologised that it hadn't been delivered on Sunday and hoped it would come on Thursday which indeed it did. My husband I are delighted with the shirts its just a shame that potentially staff in store have to deal with inaccuracies in delivery times. As far as the staff in Skipton are concerned i always receive great service from them :)

Let me know when my items were dispatched and arrived in the store. Love the quality of the linen T shirts. Good prices in the sale. Love that the company is British unlike most other retailers in fashion. Great staff

Friendly staff and good selection of sale items

I purchased a shirt online and realised that the size was wrong. It was a click and collect order. The staff member at the Skipton store could not have been more helpful.

Went in for a look and saw a really pretty dress, I wasn't sure but then I was approached by one the assistants. She was so pleasant and helpful, I wasn't sure about sizes and length but I needn't have worried she told me about choices for lengths and ranges of fits then took my choice to a changing room while I further perused the stock. Her colleague also attended and both gave me some good advice about the fit and style on me. I was well looked after by both girls whose names are Bess and Sandie they're a real assett to the firm and I left a very happy customer.

Brilliant help from staff at my Skipton store for a wedding evening event

The jumper I bought was slightly too small so the sales assistant ordered me the next size, which fitted perfectly. She ordered it from the shop, which was where I collected it making it very convenient. The staff in the Skipton store are always very nice and helpful.
