I have been ordering from FatFace for over a year now and I love it! There's so much to choose from, it's got a diverse range of classic Bretons and jeans as well as all sorts of dresses and jumpers. Honestly, if ever I need anything, I look on FF first to see if they have it.
The prices are on the higher side, but the quality and fit is fantastic - I find getting clothes the right size hard (it's always either too tight or too big and baggy), but FF tends to be pretty accurate. I never have to grumble about the quality, unlike some high street shops that I used to go to.

help in time of need
I was struggling to try on some boots as I have an injured thumb and the assistant could not have been more helpful, pulling them on/off etc..The boots were great and I purchased them.
