Happy with my purchases-Taunton store could be better. I bought in the Sale (full price too much for me),2 V neck linen blend shirt sleeve tops, 1 in bright pink & the other with the ‘Starfish’ blue & green design. Love the soft material-looks more dressy than a cotton T shirt. Quite generous for size 12 . Easy to wash, easy to style with other items. Would go into Taunton store more often if the Staff were friendly & acknowledged customers-a Hello & a Thankyou or Goodbye wouldnt go amiss. They need to up their game as a similar brand in Taunton is much better at customer service.

Great, genuine service!
Just passing the store, I popped in to browse through the sales and spotted a blue spring style skirt, perfect for work. I could only see a size 12 and tried it on but it felt a little roomy. I am a 'big 10' and asked the opinion of the shop assistant. We both agreed that a smaller size would have been a better fit and she looked online to order the required size. Thankfully she noticed that there was one in stock which was on a different rail to where I was looking. At the checkout I asked about any discount for my birthday as I receive emails from Fat Face, but was not sure if I had one. The assistant kindly honored a discount after I found proof of my d.o.b., which made my day, as I was not really meant to be spending money! I was pleased and thanked her for a good overall customer service and genuine helpfulness, then asked her name, which was Natalia, so I could post a well deserved review.
