Hi this was my first time shopping in the store. I had a great experience the shop is gorgeous 😍 A lovely lady Helen helped me choose a outfit. She went out of her way to help and ended up placing a order online for me too.
A beautiful range of textiles with textures, patterns and variety to choose from.
I will certainly be visiting this store again especially the Trafford one.

Was in last week and couldn’t find the shirt I wanted in my size, lovely girl who worked there, her name was Niamh on receipt, went in the back and found it for me! Will be shopping here again, excellent service and quality products also

No issues whatsoever with them. Easy to order online, delivered to store on time and collection was easy.
Since then I ordered further items that I'd seen on looking round the store and delivered next day.
I would also like to say that the young lady who dealt with me in store was lovely. She was cheerful and most helpful.
Definitely will be returning to this store or website.

Lovely T-shirt and nice and colourful with the fruits on it. Love fatface clothes as they are so comfy and you can get some good deals in the sales

Although the delivery to store was later than promised, the ease of collecting at store, trying on and then returning any unwanted items immediately is an excellent service

Collected my parcel from store, was able to try on and make any refunds/exchanges while in store!

We visit the FatFace Trafford store regularly for our mother/daughter evenings out. The staff are always so lovely, particularly Helen who always seems to be working when we pop in! She is always super friendly, remembers our names and details and helps us for the duration of our visit, grabbing different sizes, advising on style, and checking the stock room for anything new that we may like. She always makes our visits brighter and we love shopping in FatFace when she’s there.

On this particular day, we were also served by Caleb and Tom who were both helpful on the tills as well 🤍😁

I ordered 2 items from fatface online recently and had to return one of them for a smaller size last week, I was helped by Qasim who went above and beyond of his way to help me, the service I received was brilliant and I received my item the following day delivered to home, thank you Qasim and well done for having brilliant staff Fatface.

My wife and I visited the Trafford Centre shop and was helped by Faye who was absolutely amazing. We popped in with no idea what to buy for our holiday but after spending roughly half an hour with Faye, she got us all set up with clothes we needed (and wanted). The service we received was fantastic and we will happily come back.
