Flattering dtesses and good service.
Yesterday was the first time I have looked in Fatface! The shop was very colourful and very tidy.
The best thing was Emma and her friendly delightful manner who works in Truro, Cornwall. She was so lovely and helped me buy a dress for a wedding. Went home feeling very happy!!

Fat Face Truro - Great Friendly Service
There were 3 staff who I interacted with during my visit and all were smiley, friendly and helpful. Kelly served me and found me the trousers I wanted. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Lovely service
Really lovely girl helped me pick out a dress for a wedding! She was so kind and patient as I tried on like 5 different dresses! You should definitely see if Meg is available to help, she was fab, such a great experience xx

A reliable and efficient service
With past experience of what the size categories mean for me - S for length of chinos but L for polo shirts - I can order on-line with confidence, and the ability to collect from my local store means that I don't have the usual struggle with receiving packages at home. So, great, a reliable and efficient service. Thank you for being so good at what you do.

Delivered to wrong place
Ordered product 11 days ago to be delivered to my local shop. Called in my shop today to find it has been sent to the wrong shop. This now means that I won’t be able to give it now as a Christmas present.
This is not the fault of the shop but the distribution centre. The shop assistants were extremely helpful and explained the situation to me.

Fantastic quality coat
Fantastic quality coat, so warm and cosy and fully waterproof. Got it in the sale so was a bargain, but knowing how good it is now it would pay full price again. Delivery to store was great as well - free and efficient.
