Refund Wantage Store
Assistant Manager in need of training unsure how to process a valid click and collect return - insisted on using the online order date to calculate 15 day refund policy despite customer attempts to explain. Very embarrassing and frustrating to suggest I ‘go to another store’ which I did where refund was processed with courtesy and professionalism.

Fatface Wantage staff are so amazing and helpful always!!
My mum and I attended Fatface Wantage. I often visit this store and the staff are always so helpful. Today, Fiona served us and she could not be more helpful, welcoming and chatty. She is truly an asset to the store and the Fatface company. We also heard that in the new year that this branch in Wantage might be closing down which is terrible news and would be such a shame to lose in the town centre :( let's hope it can stay....

Just picked up a beautiful summer dress in Wantage FatFace. Why oh why is this store closing? Great staff, lovely clothes and always seems busy. I’m always popping in to pick up something for me or the family. Please don’t close this store!
